A classic, vintage couture wardrobe designed by historically recognized couturiers is meant to outlast trends and seasons. In a world where fast fashion is often unsustainably produced, the garments produced here in Santa Barbara offers a touch of history, where fashion is treated as a slow craft. Through my dressmaking services, you have the opportunity to wear authentic recreations from famous, historically-recognized designers from their authorized, licensed designs.

Even though a modern vintage recreation won't be created by a 1950's Parisian seamstress, you are still receiving an authentic design, imagined and sketched, sometimes draped, from the original hand of the designer, and recreated by a Santa Barbara seamstress. The couture pieces are made with a high level of craftsmanship, the way the designers intended.

The images you see below are examples of the ensembles that can be custom made for you in your choice of fabric and color. Being able to own an authentic, vintage couture gown is becoming increasingly rare, but I will work with you to recreate your vision, so you can experience the magic of wearing timeless, vintage couture, that is often seen on red carpets today, or at charity balls, opera's, and formal events.

I work collaboratively with my clients to make their vision, style, and fitting come alive.

Currently serving clients in the greater Santa Barbara & Montecito area.
